Mandalas

   

 Students from classes 6ºA, 6º B, 6º D and 6º E are working module and pattern, through the observation of a Mandala. This is being done in the Arts and Crafts classes. The creative process begun with the drawing of each student’s Mandala. At the sound of relaxing music they draw two Mandalas. From these first and second work they selected a visual element – The Module – and after that, they developed the colour study for that element. Later, they repeated the module using its rotation, creating a pattern.

Special Exhibition "Eco-Design"

    Our Comenius team has visited to a special exhibition called ECO-DESIGN. We have seen very original and interesting artworks made by different waste. So we can realise that those materials what we consider as rubbish, they could be a kind of „ treasure” for artists. Visitors got many idea show to use waste as base material. Would you have thought that it’s possible to create jewelleries and belts from bicycle tyre or fashionable dresses from football, threads and the pieces of keyboard of a computer? Can you imagine how to form a clock from a bike chain? So we collected the most characteristics works of art. Maybe they inspire all of you to create some similar objects.
